Our application process
We believe that having an understanding of the hiring process helps you to prepare, feel, and be, at your best. As a global, multi brand organisation with multiple different roles, our application process can vary. Here are some of the key steps you can expect to guide you along the way.
APPLY
Wherever you want to work, we strive to make the application process as quick and easy as possible. But it’s not all about speed. Take a look at our top tips to guide you in the application process.
Top Tip #1 Get to know us
Be sure to understand who we are and what we have to offer. There are multiple brands within our portfolio – from staffing and outsourcing to coaching and upskilling. Dive in to understand your potential employer.
Top Tip #2 First impressions count
Do you want to apply using your LinkedIn profile? Or is it better to attach a CV that highlights specific experience? No matter which route you decide, ensure the content reflects your principles and behaviours. And don’t forget to check the spelling and grammar. This is our first impression of you – make sure it counts.
GET TO KNOW YOU
We’ll get to know you in a number of ways. The first is through asking questions – this can be directly with a recruiter or by using video platforms. We recognise that life is busy – our aim is to give you as much flexibility as possible. Secondly, we conduct assessments where appropriate within the recruitment process. This enables us to understand behaviours and preferences in a consistent, fair and unbiased manner.
Top Tip #1 Be honest
Whether sharing insights on your motivation or talking about your availability, being honest and upfront helps us find the best ways for us to work together.
Top Tip #2 Make time to prepare
Should you be asked to complete an assessment, you’ll need to set aside time to accomplish this task. Assessments are not only the chance for us to get to know you but for you to get to know yourself. Feedback will always be provided to help you learn from the experience.
INTERVIEW
Interviews are the opportunity to dive into the details, to understand what is required for a particular role and what value you can create. Whether virtual or in person - interviews can be tensive. We do our best to make you feel at ease.
Top Tip #1 Be prepared
Help yourself by coming prepared – that could be by ensuring you are on time or, if it is a virtual interview, establishing a professional back drop. Don’t forget that interviews are a two-way process, so be ready with any questions to ask us too.
FEEDBACK
We strive to provide you with feedback throughout the recruitment journey, whether successful in the outcome or not. Your voice is important. Feedback surveys are a common part of our process – don’t be shy, tell us what worked and what didn’t, to help us improve the experience for everyone.
Top Tip #1 Join our Talent Community
You can sign up for job alerts to be notified about new opportunities as they arise – as a global multi brand organisation we’re always looking for talent.
Top Tip #2 Consider the feedback
Feedback can help you to recognise not only where you could have performed better but the areas in which you did well. Whether you are successful or not, we strive to provide feedback so you can continually improve. And we will do the same.
Top Tip #3 Stay connected
We’re leading the way in enabling organisations to adapt to a changing world of work, and ensuring the future employability of people. Keep connected with us to stay up to date with these trends.
