In this role youwill overlook the followingresponsibilites

As aCustomerOnboardingSpecialist at LHH, you will play a vital role in driving engagement and participation in our career transition programs. LHH is a leading global provider of career transition solutions, which isaofferedcareer support to individuals who have been made redundant by their employers. You will be responsible for ensuring a positive experience for our program participants at the start of their journeywith us. You will work with program participants, LHH consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of our services.

  • Reaching out to career transition program participants via call and email to introduce themto the career transition process and activate their program on the system.
  • Engage withthe individualsprofessionally, addressing their queries and providing relevant information aboutthe career coaching program.
  • Encourageparticipationwithinthe program, understanding the challenges they may face.
  • One call can last between 3-5 mins. During busy periods we expect you to make 15 calls per hour.

Here’s what you’ll need tosucceed

  • Previous call center experience or customer service experience
  • Target drivenmindset
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and connecting with participantseffectively
  • Empathy and understanding in supporting individuals through career transitions and talentdevelopment
  • Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive and proactive attitude
  • Full fluency in Polish and good command of English isrequired
