About the position

LHH, the world’s largest HR solutions company, accompanies employees in their professional change and development. We have been doing this for over 50 years with passion, customer orientation, team spirit, entrepreneurship and responsibility and are now looking for a committed personality to temporarily strengthen our team in the Netherlands as Officemanager.

What will you do in this position?
  • Daily contact with candidates to inform them about our services & activate them in the program.
  • Providing day-to-day operational and admin support to the team.
  • Planning of various workshops, webinars & networking events.
  • Building a strong network with hiring managers, external employment agencies and search firms and leverage relationships within the Adecco brand ecosystem.
  • Support our candidates by introducing LHH to them, answering their ad hoc questions, matching them with our coaches/consultants etc.
  • Support associate/freelance coaches by helping them with any questions or problems related to their delivery.
  • Local candidate event/webinar/workshop/career fair coordination & promotion.
  • Various administrative & business support tasks (IT troubleshooting, platform testing, translations, document formatting, invoice validation reporting, job advertisement uploads on social media...).
  • Provide candidates with regular updates on trends in the labour market by creating monthly job bulletins.
  • Provide consultants & coaches with regular updates on LHH tools, processes, implementations etc by creating bi-monthly newsletters.
  • Build relationships with external HR community (Client side, Recruitment Agencies, etc.).
  • Collect and share job opportunities directly from recruiters and hiring managers (incl hidden jobs).
  • Candidate & Job matching.
  • Expand our alumni network by updating & promoting our LHH Nederland Network LinkedIn community.

What do we offer?
  • An attractive salary between €3,166 and €4,166 based on 40 hours per week.
  • Excellent secondary employment conditions such as a bonus scheme, profit sharing scheme, 8% holiday pay and pension accrual.
  • You will basically work full-time, but 32-36 hours per week is negotiable.

You have
  • 2 year of experience in administration and general interest in HR services.
  • Interest in trends of the labour market.
  • Strong communication and motivation skills.
  • Excellent telephone manners.
  • A high EQ as our candidates sometimes go through a very difficult period after dismissal.
  • High social competence, ability to build long-term business relationships.
  • A commercial flair and consulting competence.
  • High service and quality orientation.
  • The ability to speak to candidates at all levels and respond appropriately to various emotions that may be presented.
  • A demonstrable track record of good organisation skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
  • An independent and goal-oriented way of working.
  • A flexible and a “can do” attitude.
  • Advanced PC skills with the ability to pick up internal systems quickly and effectively (MS 365 Office, plus various proprietary systems).
  • Fluent in spoken and written Dutch & English.
