NA06941The Solution Architect is responsible for designing and delivering technical solutions that meet business requirements and align with the organization’s technology standards. The Solution Architect’s primary focus is in designing system architectures encompassing software, hardware, and networks, balancing technical feasibility with business objectives. This is an individual contributor role with focus on hands-on analytical work and cross-functional collaboration.
What you’ll be doingESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into solution designs.
- Design end‑to‑end architectures across applications, integrations, data, and infrastructure.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies, platforms, and integration strategy.
- Create architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and solution documentation.
- Ensure solutions comply with security, privacy, and performance standards while balancing architectural constraints (e.g., cost, resources, scope compliance, quality, technology, etc.)
- Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Support engineering teams during implementation and ensure adherence to the architecture.
- Balance business needs with technical feasibility, cost, and timelines.
Education & Experience Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience. Advanced degrees preferred.
- 7–10+ years of experience in software development or technical design.
- 3+ years in a Solution Architect or technical Project Management roles.
- Architecture or cloud certifications preferred.
- Strong experience with application architecture, APIs, integrations, and cloud platforms.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure)
