As a Recruitment Consultant at Adecco, you'll take charge of sourcing top-tier talent and driving business development. We're looking for someone who is proactive, self-motivated, passionate about making an impact, and with a strong background in sales.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing channels.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Actively grow new and existing business, ensuring KPIs are met.
