- End-to-End Digital Strategy: Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that cover the entire funnel, driving performance across all online channels to meet company objectives.
- Paid Media Oversight: Take ownership of paid media campaigns, managing everything from planning and execution to ongoing optimization based on data insights.
- Performance Tracking & Insights: Monitor campaign results, interpret data, and deliver clear, actionable reports that inform strategic decisions and enhance ROI.
- Creative Partnership: Work closely with creative teams to develop and launch engaging campaigns that resonate with audiences and deliver measurable impact.
Social Media & Brand Presence: Build and maintain a strong, consistent brand voice across social platforms, fostering engagement and trust with our audience.
Required Qualifications- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a digital marketing role with hands-on campaign management experience.
- Technical Skills: Solid understanding of digital advertising channels and analytics tools (e.g., SEO/SEM, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, GTM, Tealium).
- Tool Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
- Language Skills: Conversational English, capable of collaborating with international vendors and global teams.
