About the role
The objective is to develop and grow existing clients of Adecco, to work closely with SSC team for creating good Associate experience and to handle multiple clients & managing relationships to ensure high NPS.
What you’ll be doing
oAccount Management- handling various clients & managing relationships
oHandling client escalations & resolving it within TAT
oAdheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are implemented
oProvides timely feedback to senior management regarding business performance.
oMonthly Targets has to be achieved
oIncrease wallet share with the clients managing
oCracking competition
oOwn client and associate NPS
oAccurate sales and growth forecasting
oConducting persuasive, effective presentations and demonstration of Adecco services to decision makers (Head-HR/Finance/Operations) of corporate clients
Work experience
oMinimum 3 years’ experience in Account Managing.
oExperience in HR.
