Responsible for managing day-to-day administration, facilities and transactional procurement across India locations, ensuring smooth facility operations, cost control, vendor management, and compliance with company procurement policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Administration & Facilities
- Oversee daily office administration, facility maintenance, and workplace services across India offices.
- Manage vendors for housekeeping, security, transport, cafeteria, and maintenance.
- Ensure workplace safety, statutory compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Support office expansions, relocations, and fit-out projects in coordination with central teams.
- Monitor facility budgets and drive cost optimization initiatives.
- Handle employee workplace requests and ensure service SLAs are met.
- Implement digital tools.
- Manage end-to-end procurement for admin and facility categories including office supplies, AMC, housekeeping, security, travel support, and capex.
- Handle travel, transport and cab management.
Stakeholder & Team Management
- Lead and manage admin support staff and coordinate vendor teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Work closely with business teams, HR, IT, finance, senior leadership and global facility teams.
- Act as single point of contact for India admin and procurement operational matters.
- Support leadership with reports, analysis, and improvement initiatives.

Experience & Qualification
