We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Compliance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT contract workforce onboarding, specifically within an MSP or IT staffing environment in India.
This role requires expertise in compliance, auditing, and working with various teams to ensure adherence to regulations and company policies.
What you’ll be doing- Conduct detailed audits of onboarding processes to ensure adherence to client requirements and industry regulations.
- Conduct regular audits to identify compliance gaps, working with stakeholders to implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate effectively with client stakeholders, vendors, and legal teams to ensure compliance.
- Verify background completion documents and onboarding forms for accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and company guidelines.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Indian labor laws, background verification processes (BGC), and compliance standards.
- Utilize VMS platforms such as Beeline, SAP Fieldglass, and Workday to track and manage compliance-related tasks.
- Assist in training and educating internal teams on compliance procedures and best practices.
- Analyze data in Microsoft Excel (e.g., data entry, filters, VLOOKUP, pivot tables) to track compliance metrics and generate reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all compliance-related tasks, including
documentation and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT contract workforce onboarding within an MSP or IT staffing environment in India.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, compliance regulations, and background
verification processes. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate skills, including data entry, filters, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables).
- Experience with VMS platforms like Beeline, SAP Fieldglass, Workday, or similar tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across cross functional teams.
