Key Responsibilities

 Strategic Leadership

  • Lead and execute the overall sales strategy for Contract Staffing and Low-End Permanent Recruitment in the South India regions.
  • Develop and implement region-specific go-to-market plans, business development strategies, and sales targets.
  • Continuously monitor market trends, client needs, and competitor activity to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

     Sales Management

  • Take full ownership of revenue generation, profitability, and market share growth for the regions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients across various industries.
  • Oversee accurate and timely pricing, proposals, and contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with business goals.

     Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  •  Operational Excellence - Work closely with delivery, recruitment, and operations teams to ensure high-quality and timely execution of staffing mandates.
