About the role :
Mission :
Responsible for Business planning & forecasting and client management for the LHH business in the India Market.
Responsibilities :
·Develop a business plan, forecasting and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
·Drive for revenue generation and ensures profit maximization at Pan India level
·Responsible for maximizing the gross revenue
·Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines
·Adding new clients and achieving revenue through sales and business development
Client Management –
·New client handholding by ensuring service levels are met with expectations
·Handling client escalations & resolving it
·Ensuring Client satisfaction and Client retention.
·Review of service quality with client
Working with High performance teams –
·Driving and managing the LHH agenda including Retention, Induction, Engagement, training, Coaching & Mentoring, encourage Great Place to Work initiatives.
·Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are implemented.
·Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
·Expected to lead by example and maintain the highest standards of administration
·Ideally must have 10-15 years’ experience in corporate/ institutional selling, operations & handling a region / country
