The Engagement & Candidate Experience Associate plays a key role in delivering exceptional experience to both Associates and Career Transition candidates. The role supports onboarding and offboarding processes, drives proactive candidate engagement, ensures accurate administration and reporting, and maintains high service standards in line with KPIs and SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively outreach to candidates, manage referrals, and schedule initial consultant meetings
  • Manage candidate onboarding in line with company requirements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records
  • Manage Consultants invoicing and backing sheet processes
  • Monitor delivery against forecasting tools and support reporting requirements
  • Work within client SLAs to ensure timely engagement and allocation
  • Deliver high-level customer service via phone and email (48-hour SLA)
  • Manage queries, complaints, and system support requests in collaboration with internal teams
  • Re-engage dormant candidates and drive program participation
  • Conduct landing research and support evaluation return KPIs
  • Produce bespoke correspondence where required
  • Coordinate meetings, training logistics, and provide ad hoc administrative support
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, Consultants, Finance, Project Managers, and other stakeholders
  • Support continuous improvement of processes and documentation management.

Skills & Criteria :

  • Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple priorities and handle sensitive conversations professionally.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative, with a customer-focused approach and high attention to detail.
  • Confident in meeting KPIs and SLAs, working accurately across multiple IT systems, and applying commercial awareness to support business requirements.
  • Demonstrates a genuine commitment to candidate and associate success.
