About the role

Responsible for the governance, onboarding, compliance, and lifecycle management of suppliers participating in the MSP programme. This role serves as the primary liaison between prospective suppliers, internal stakeholders, and operational teams to ensure suppliers are onboarded in accordance with programme requirements, contractual obligations, and governance standards.

The position plays a critical role in supplier qualification, empanelment, contract administration, compliance management, supplier communications, and supplier portfolio optimisation while ensuring adherence to programme policies and client expectations supporting supplier networks across India, the United States, and Canada.

What you’ll be doing

Supplier Qualification & Engagement

  • Conduct supplier discovery and capability assessment discussions to evaluate alignment with programme requirements.
  • Assess supplier expertise, service offerings, supported skill sets, hiring capabilities, and market coverage.
  • Validate supplier eligibility against programme criteria prior to initiating onboarding activities.
  • Ensure all required client approvals are obtained before engaging client-recommended suppliers.

Supplier Onboarding & Empanelment

  • Manage the end-to-end supplier onboarding and empanelment process.
  • Facilitate supplier introductions to internal operational and programme stakeholders.
  • Coordinate execution of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and required onboarding documentation.
  • Communicate programme requirements, contractual obligations, mandatory MSA clauses, and Conflict of Interest (COI) requirements to suppliers.
  • Obtain supplier acknowledgement and acceptance of programme terms before empanelment initiation.
  • Raise and track onboarding, empanelment, and operational requests through internal ticketing systems.
  • Drive onboarding activities to completion and ensure supplier readiness before programme participation.

Contract & Governance Administration

  • Act as the primary point of contact for supplier contractual discussions.
  • Review, evaluate, and coordinate supplier requests related to contract amendments, redlines, exceptions, and clause clarifications.
  • Partner with Legal, Procurement, Supplier Operations, and Programme Management teams to resolve contractual matters.
  • Ensure adherence to contractual, compliance, and governance standards throughout the supplier lifecycle.

Supplier Compliance & Risk Management

  • Monitor supplier adherence to established programme policies, processes, and governance requirements.
  • Manage supplier compliance matters, including infractions, warnings, suspensions, deactivations, reactivations, and supplier profile changes.
  • Draft and issue governance communications, warning notices, and corrective action requests.
  • Maintain documentation and audit trails related to supplier compliance activities.
  • Support programme audits and governance reviews as required.

Supplier Portfolio Management

  • Support supplier segmentation, tiering, rationalisation, and optimisation initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate supplier records, capability matrices, contact information, and onboarding status.
  • Monitor supplier lifecycle activities and ensure timely closure of operational actions.
  • Contribute to supplier strategy initiatives and continuous improvement programmes.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the central point of contact for supplier-related enquiries and escalations.
  • Provide guidance to suppliers on programme processes, governance requirements, and operational expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of supplier requests and issues.
  • Communicate supplier status, onboarding progress, and governance updates to client and programme stakeholders.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain supplier databases, trackers, governance records, and compliance documentation.
  • Produce periodic reports and metrics related to supplier onboarding, governance, compliance, and operational status.
  • Ensure data accuracy and provide insights to support supplier management decisions.
About you

Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and proven experience in supplier lifecycle management, MSP operations, vendor governance, onboarding, compliance, and stakeholder management within a programme-driven environment.
