Be the strategic force behind our Asia Sales engine! Step into the role of Regional Sales Support Manager - ASIA at The Adecco Group to be based at Our Bangalore Office.

What you’ll be doing

  • The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the tender process for the Asia region with new clients including writing it in a professional manner, following all corporate and industry guidelines and governance of the entire process

  • International RFPs/RFQs: prospecting, preparation, negotiation and implementation of International Agreements.

  • You would also play an advisory role to stakeholders in interpretation of the clients’ needs and requirements, and any potential risks to the business

  • Coordination of business information (pricing, margins, revenues, volumes) with the International Account Managers (IAM) of other countries, and especially with the international Bids team and regional IAMs.

  • Ensuring all tenders are presented in a professional manner in accordance with the corporate presentation guidelines

  • Identify new opportunities for tenders and bids for the business, qualify them with the Sales Managers and ensure the process is managed and deliver it within tight deadlines

  • Management of the international sales relationships with several global clients from Ibex 35 and drive sales increase and improve service levels in international and local markets

  • Set transition plans for the implementation teams as well as service delivery guidelines

  • Ensure the service delivery is done to the highest standards for clients and candidates

  • International reporting using the various local reporting systems, CRM and HRBC etc.

  • Support on RPO's, MSP, BPO's processes.

Job Requirements

Education

  • University Degree in Business Administration / Sales

Work experience

  • Experience in the tender management/sales support process in a multinational environment

  • Experience in an international business environment

Skills

  • You should be able to manage projects independently and should have proven track record in development of complex business solutions

  • Ability to communication fluently in English with various stakeholders (Internal & external) is very essential for this position

  • You must be highly detail oriented, must have excellent writing skills and the ability work under stringent and tight deadlines

  • You should be an excellent negotiator, customer focused and come with sound project management skills

  • To be successful in this role, you need to extremely meticulous, responsible and have experience with Microsoft Packages, PowerPoint, Excel
