About the role

Pontoon Solutions is hiring a Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting full-cycle Blue-Collar recruitment on behalf of our client from Logistics industry. This function includes collaborating with hiring managers on a regular basis, proactively identifying hiring needs, attracting candidates using various sources, interviewing and assessing future employees.

What you’ll be doing
  • Finding and attracting qualified candidates by posting, and reviewing active applications.
  • Evaluating and qualifying candidates by conducting telephone interviews according to identified qualification standards.
  • Entering and tracking candidate data in various electronic systems and running standard reports as needed.
  • Scheduling interviews between candidates and Hiring Managers,
  • Fielding general, straightforward inquiries from candidates and hiring managers; escalates inquiries to senior team members and/or management as necessary.
  • Working with team members to develop and maintain a unified approach to talent sourcing and recruitment.
About you

  • Fluent level of German with communicative level of English.
  • Ability to work 2-3 days per week from office.
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR area.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially stakeholder management, and managing expectations.
  • Able to proactively establish and maintain effective working relationships across the organization.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Able to demonstrate critical thinking based on in-depth data, substantiating information, considering/respecting others' input, personal values, and ethics.
