About the role

The Account Executive is responsible for completing sales training and establishing new sales within a pre-existing portfolio of accounts.  Fosters key business relationships with potential and existing clients.  Utilizes existing strategies and solutions to increase sales and meet expectations for profitability and client satisfaction.

What you’ll be doing
  • Sells solutions and/or services utilizing existing strategies
  • Establishes new sales opportunities within an assigned portfolio of accounts
  • Develops effective relationships with key client contacts
  • Assists with negotiating new client contracts, renewals, extensions and amendments
  • Assists with negotiating and securing profitable pricing and pay models
  • Builds an understanding of service offerings, industry trends, market activities and competitor strategies
  • Assists with implementing service improvements
  • Produces sales forecasts and other related reports
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
About you

Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field with a minimum of one (1) year of sales experience is required.  Previous experience in the staffing and/or human resources solutions industries is highly desirable.  A minimum of five (5) years of equivalent combination of post-high school education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

  • Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Ability to adapt to the business environment quickly
  • Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
  • Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Customer Relationship Management Systems and/or related tools
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $48,542 - $88,994 . Compensation varies based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, key skills, and geographic location.

Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis up to 152 hours a year, 10 Paid Holidays, 1 Community Service Day, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
