What you’ll be doing

  • Service Excellence: Provide expert, high-touch service to clients. Anticipate future recruitment needs and navigate through business peaks and troughs.
  • Strategic Relationships: Cultivate strong partnerships with senior business managers and HR professionals. Be the visible face of our recruitment services!
  • End-to-End Delivery: Take charge of the entire recruitment process, ensuring seamless execution and communication.
  • Talent Management: Develop and manage effective hiring strategies tailored to client needs. Help clients manage their talent pools efficiently.
  • Cost Management: Monitor recruitment spend against budgets and forecast future demands to meet cost-saving targets.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead projects that enhance service quality and drive performance through regular reviews and feedback.

About you

  • Experience: A proven background in recruitment, with a deep understanding of the staffing sector, ideally within the education or public sector.
  • Client Relationship Management: Strong ability to build and maintain strategic client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to adapt communication style based on the audience and situation.
  • Problem Solving: Proficient in analysing problems and proposing effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Self-Motivation: A results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
