Shared Services Coordinator, LHH UK&I, Bulgaria based

The Shared Services role is a pivotal role within the organization. Managing systems from the Sale of a contract through to invoicing the client. Setting up the system for clients, ensuring all billing information is accurately updated on the system, billing the services along with supporting the Account Managers and Billing Team with any queries. We are looking for someone who demonstrates strong attention to detail combined with an enquiring mind and a great ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Reports to Shared Services Executive Manager

  • Bulgaria - Remote

In this role you can expect to

Key Accountabilities

  • System set up using contracts and billing requirement forms.
  • Daily management of outstanding billing information ensuring information is obtained in a timely manner so that the candidate engagement process can commence.
  • Manage, review, and authorize candidate referrals for invoicing.
  • Investigate and resolve invoicing queries received.
  • Process Credits and Rebills
  • Support the account managers and the billing team with any system/invoicing queries on account.

Required Experience/Characteristics

  • Proven experience in a billing function is advantageous.
  • Understanding Orbit system
  • Proactive and flexible approach to work
  • Professional approach when communicating with stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – able to develop effective relationships at all levels.
  • Experience of implementing effective systems to streamline and improve processes.
  • Ability to prioritize workload to achieve KPIs.
  • Ability to work and remain calm under pressure and to meet deadlines.
  • GCSEs (or equivalent)
