Job Summary:

Lead assigned account(s), focusing on client service and satisfaction. Primary duties include maintaining and growing market share by meeting client payrolling, reporting, and recruitment needs, and matching qualified candidates with job orders.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Develops business within existing key accounts by building relationships with key decision makers to promote strong customer relations. Communicates with key stakeholders and provides guidance and support for their recruitment needs.

2. Evaluates client needs for service improvement and process efficiencies. Swiftly addresses gaps of service or technical issues.

3. Expand sales within existing account(s), by regularly reviewing client website career opportunities, by skill marketing contractors with high demand qualifications, and by pipeline forecasting with key stakeholders.

4. Work with Talent team to fill and service client orders efficiently through the interviewing, hiring, and placing of contractors. Identifies qualified contractors to create an inventory sufficient to meet current and future client demand. Ensure client SLAs are consistently met or exceeded.

5. Serves as the primary liaison between the client and field office relating to operational issues, procedures and processes, and specific job requirements.

6. Work with Account Coordinator(s) to accurately create and maintain all contractor files. Ensures proper information is included and provided to payroll. Oversee full cycle from onboard, change orders, to offboard to ensure completion of action items are accurate and timely. Tracks all contractor activity in database (Bullhorn).

7. Drives client relationship with regular cadence of weekly touchpoints, MBRs, and QBRs. Tracks all client activity and notes in database (SalesForce).


8. Seeks to build client network and expand circle of influence and partnership. Maintains strong lines of open communication with both clients and contractors to ensure quick response and quality of placements.


9. Drive performance accountability for all team members; holding weekly 1 on 1 sessions and conducting annual performance appraisals.


10. Performs other duties as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:


Education (Desirable)

· Completion of post-secondary education in related field or years of equivalent experience demonstrating progressive responsibility.


Experience

· Five (5) years working experience in an account management or sales role, preferably in the service industry.

· Experience/knowledge of general Human Resources practices an asset.

Technical

· Working knowledge of labour and employment laws.


· Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Suite and with ATS databases and reporting platforms.


· Capable data analysis to monitor trends, opportunities, and threats.

• Superior organizational skills. Able to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize any new tasks as required while consistently meeting deadlines.
• Proactive and able to solve problems effectively and rapidly using excellent analytical skills.
• Proven consistently high levels of customer service performance, with an ability to build strong client and candidate relationships and identify opportunities for new business.
• Displays a willingness to cooperate and work as part of a team, assisting others when required. Consistently role modelling a positive attitude even through challenges.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs. May be required to work overtime and/or travel within region.
