NA07209JOB SUMMARY:
The primary function of this position is to prepare and manage the Request for Proposals (RFPs) process for the National Sales Department. This includes the physical preparation of all RFP documents, providing guidance, and tracking incoming and outgoing proposals for consistency and quality.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- In collaboration with the Vice President, Sales and the National Sales Department, assists with determining which RFPs Adecco will respond to and prepares informative, winning proposal documents for prospective clients.
- Organizes and leads status meetings on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis depending on the proposal timeline and complexity.
- Creates an RFP schedule, assigns workloads, and coordinates the efforts of colleagues associated with the proposal process.
- Manages and participates in the development and production of RFPs including developing matrices and templates, creating tracking documents for proposal content, assembling and monitoring proposal content, ensuring document control and quality assurance, overseeing the physical assembly, presentation and binding of documents, and performing the final verification against evaluation criteria and quality review of the entire submission.
- Monitors the daily checking of all appropriate government tender websites for release of business opportunities country-wide for all Adecco offices.
- Maintains and promotes prompt information distribution of all bids by email, fax, mail or courier to all interested parties in a timely manner.
- Updates the corporate tracking database with current, accurate proposal information.
- Assists with writing, establishing, and improving proposal processes and procedures.
- Assists in building, maintaining and supporting the National Sales Department’s repository of corporate literature.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Completion of post-secondary education or equivalent experience. | Three (3) years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. | Proficient in PC software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and e-mail applications. |
Superior grammatical and writing skills with experience proofreading documents to ensure integrity and quality of documents/proposals. |
