Description
As a Senior Consultant within the Government team, you will play a key role in:
· Driving business development within the branch and broader team
· Building strong client networks and relationships
· Identifying new business opportunities and contributing to growth strategies
· Providing market insights and advice to clients and candidates
· Ensuring a high level of service delivery and exceeding recruitment targets
· Identifying top talent relevant to our clients needs
Profile
To be successful in this role, it is essential to have:
· A proactive and sales driven approach to your work.
· Passion for business and relationship development.
· Demonstrated experience in delivering exceptional recruitment services within a Public Sector environment will be highly regarded
