About the role

LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Sales Development Representative to join our Global SDR org. The candidate should be ready to drive revenue, support a rewarding culture, and actively contribute to take us to the next level. This position will report into a Sales Leader with extensive experience in Enterprise Sales, having led initiatives for national companies and supporting sales professionals in achieving both their career and financial objectives.

In addition to a robust onboarding and training program, you will be working with and learning from staffing industry leaders. You will have the opportunity to gain sales experience, enhancing your readiness to transition into a full-sales cycle role within multiple business units.  

What you’ll be doing

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Use a mixture of strategic outbound calling, emailing, and marketing campaign follow-up to generate meetings between prospective customers and the LHH sales team
  • Leverage customer-centric communication skills Build a robust & repeatable sales strategy pipeline by prospecting new leads through creative outreach using tools such as LinkedIn, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo.
  • Accurately qualify new prospective customer accounts, based upon established criteria
  • Introduce prospective clients to our company and our product offering
  • Create relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales.
  • Conduct baseline research within targeted accounts to identify key contacts and critical account information prior to prospecting calls and introductory sales meetings
  • Maintain knowledge of market conditions & competitive activities and use these to identify opportunities in the market
  • Maintain accurate information about key contacts and sales activities in SalesforceWork closely with Sales and Marketing team members to share information, provide feedback, and achieve overall sales targets

About you

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1+ years of work experience as an SDR, preferably outbound experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Demonstrated business, professional and sales/customer acumen, with the ability to develop credibility quickly with stakeholders/decision makers
  • Understanding of B2B data sources and tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator etc.)
  • Goal-oriented, has ownership, curiosity
  • Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Cold Calling experience required

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Staffing, Recruiting or SaaS experience preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and/or ZoomInfo/Lusha, Orum
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed impact & activity quotas
  • Experience working in a newly created function
  • B2B Experience
