As part of the Outsourcing team, you will be managing the MIS Operations of project and present complex data in a simpler form.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing complete data of project and sharing daily/weekly/monthly dashboards as per agreed calendar.
- Managing backend data of online reporting portal and update it regularly as per changes in the team.
- Conducting quality checks (QC) on reported attendance data for assessing associates grooming and hygiene.
- Responsible for sharing ad-hoc reports as when required.
- Sharing actionable intelligence by analysing data.

- Internal Employees (Program Manager, Branch Operations team, Outsourcing team)
- External Customers (Clients, Business Partners)

- Integrity of the data
