Job purpose

Responsible for developing and implementing the PP strategy in the country as per Adecco Group standards and priorities.

Accountable for the operational and sales leadership and development of a permanent placement team.

Ensure budget achievement and profitable business growth.

Ensure the best customer (both candidates and clients) experience.

Key Accountabilities & Tasks

Team Management / Leadership

·Develop and implement team’s PP Strategy

·Manage performance and KPIs activity for the team:

oPP sales target

onumber of interviews

odevelopment of existing clients (through contacts with Line Managers)

oproactive selling of CVs

oclient meetings

·Monitor the implementation of PP budget and take corrective actions in order to quarantee the outcome

·Attract, recruit and on-board new talented members for the team

·Grow the necessary skills and competencies of the Consultants & Team Leaders- via workshops, on the job learning, mentoring, job exchange, e-courses, coaching- in order to ensure effectiveness in daily job and achievement of KPI’s.

·Conduct monthly and end year performance appraisals of the team based on established KPIs

·Build a Great Place to Work resulting to increasing engagementof colleagues and a healthy retention within the team

·Through identifying talent within the business and overseeing development activities, ensure a succession plan for key positions in PP to support the career growth of your team and ensure successful business continuity with minimum risk.

Business Tasks

·Develop a strong business network within the country, resulting in generating new clients and profitable business opportunities

·Be directly involved in top-10 clients

·Support the team in final negotiations, oversee proposal / agreement submission as needed

·Responsible for monitoring and analysing market data of competitors' actions

·Ensure appropriate use of Adecco Web and external job boards

·Ensure the client payment of outstanding invoices

·Resolve issues escalated by Team Leaders

Education level & faculty

·University degree (preferred)

·Additional postgraduate degree or MBA is an asset

·Min. 7 years of relevant experience in a Sales / Management role within the business

·Successful sales track record

·Fluent in English Language
