About the role

The Business Operations Partner, provides operational support for Adecco General Staffing. This role will work under limited direction, focusing on driving operational efficiencies and improvements that drive increased productivity and client satisfaction. 

What you’ll be doing

Reviews and summarizes miscellaneous reports and documents; prepares correspondence, presentations, and reports as needed. 

Manages multiple projects and exercises appropriate level of judgment in regard to operations efficiencies across the organization. 

Handles a broad range of confidential materials including but not limited to inquiries and requests from Corporate and Field, department, and other Human Resource related materials. 

Requires comprehensive understanding and knowledge of organizational practices and policies. 

Reviews reports on compliance and process efficiency scoring. Takes corrective action as warranted. 

Develops and analysis’s weekly, monthly, quarterly financials. Provides input regarding metrics and business analytics reporting. 

Works with Operations Management to identify issues, challenges, and best practices; coordinates execution of improvements to quality of services delivered to all levels of customers. 

Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned. 

May perform other administrative duties as needed. 

About you

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: 

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, 3-5 years’ experience in a staffing industry or service provider environment preferred.  

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS: 

Excellent oral/written communication, presentation and negotiation skills required. 

Strong knowledge of industry processes and regulations. 

An analytical mindset with excellent organizational skills. 

Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, rules and regulations. 

Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting assigned deadlines. 

Ability to identify problems, review related information and evaluate, develop and recommend solutions. 

Ability to work independently and exercise significant independent discretion and judgment. 

Proficient in all Microsoft Office products.  

Experience managing complex projects that may vary in nature and scope 

Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook, and ability to learn new software as required

Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis up to 152 hours a year, 10 Paid Holidays, 1 Community Service Day, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
