About the role

The Adecco General Staffing Project Manager is responsible for assisting and ensuring success of special projects as well as other business transformation project implementations. Plans, manages and reports on assigned projects. Leads assigned projects throughout all phases, ensuring long-term success. Drives processes that will lead to business efficiencies that will improve order fulfillment and increase client and candidate satisfaction. Accountable for multiple projects with varying levels of complexity and deliverables that are nationwide in scope and that support the General Staffing business unit.

What you’ll be doing
  • Collaborates with Leadership to create and execute a formal project plan or road map to be used for business transformation.
  • Creates milestones and communicates deliverables to Leadership.
  • Collaborates with colleagues and leads work streams with subject matter experts focused on developing or improving processes and leveraging technology vendor(s) to deliver innovative solutions that will drive improvement in client experience and candidate experience.
  • Analyzes solutions using standard procedures, escalating to Leadership as necessary.
  • Works closely with business units and leaders to conduct business analysis, evaluate priorities, create plans, and execute program activities while balancing business requirements and overall program objectives.
  • Works with Business Partner and Project Director to identify and address potential and real project risks and researches and develops creative solutions and business options.
  • Works with business process owners to represent their needs and priorities in the program and balances those needs with the project timeline and scope.
  • Provides input or creates communication updates being shared with General Staffing senior leadership and field colleagues.
  • Collaborates with team to deliver and design solutions to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Manages multiple projects, ensuring successful implementation, timely delivery and quality product offerings.
  • Works effectively and collaboratively with client and subject matter experts in curriculum and course development.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
About you

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with a minimum of three (3) years in project management leadership role, preferably within staffing industry, required. Project Management certification is highly desirable. Minimum of seven (7) years of equivalent combination of post high school education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:

  • Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing, both in one-on-one and group settings.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to demonstrate critical thinking based on in-depth data and substantiating information, considering and respecting other’s input, personal values and ethics.
  • Ability to successfully and simultaneously manage multiple projects that may vary in nature and scope.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple responsibilities simultaneously while meeting assigned deadlines.
  • Ability to prepare and deliver ad hoc presentations to various groups of stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

The anticipated salary range for this position is between $72,933.00 and $133,711.00. Salary may be determined based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. This position includes an incentive program that may include bonus and/or commission.

Benefit offerings for full-time employment may include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans and reimbursement and retirement programs. Available paid leave may include paid time off, parental leave and holiday pay.
