FRA00141The Sales Assistant provides high level confidential executive level support to the Sales team.
The Sales Assistant leverages broad and comprehensive experience, strong organizational and project management skills and organizational knowledge to support the sales team.
• Provides support and coordinates activities for sales team.
• Provides high level support by conducting research, reviewing/preparing and summarizing miscellaneous reports and documents. Prepares correspondence, presentations and reports as needed.
• Manages and prioritizes multiple projects with minimum supervision; exercises appropriate level of judgment on the completion of tasks and follows through on issues in a timely manner.
• Handles a broad range of confidential materials including but not limited to inquiries and requests regarding department processes to ensure accurate and efficient operations.
• Requires comprehensive understanding and knowledge of organization practices and policies.
• Manages and maintains all aspects of sales appointments.
• Oversees meeting logistics and scheduling for conferences, telephone calls, onsite meetings and offsite functions and events.
• Prepares communication on behalf of the sales team to all internal and external stakeholders.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
• High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma.
• Associate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred but not required.
• 1 year administrative experience in a corporate setting.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
• Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent oral, written, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Desire to contribute to the team in creative ways and demonstrates flexibility.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
