The Program Consultant serves as a key liaison between clients, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring the effective execution of the contingent workforce program across all stages of the requisition and hiring process. This role combines high-touch customer service with operational expertise to support requisition management, system administration, supplier coordination, and candidate onboarding via Vendor Management System (VMS) technology. The Program Consultant is responsible for providing front-line support, ensuring compliance with program processes, and optimizing service delivery for multiple client work locations. Works under general supervision with increasing autonomy. Travel may be required.
What you’ll be doing- Manages all requisition activity using VMS technology. Oversees the use of VMS technology to ensure optimum, cost-effective, timely, and high-quality results.
- Completes administrative tasks within the requisition process, including but not limited to: Screening incoming applications and pre-selecting suitable candidates, scheduling, resolving tickets, managing time sheets adjustments or rejections, ensuring compliance of vendors, running pre-built reporting, gathering start dates, initiating onboarding checklist, and providing updates to the candidate and client.
- Manages and coordinates client and supplier community interactions within assigned market area or skill set.
- Communicates program procedural changes and updates to local Pontoon MSP suppliers and client users
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
- Ensuring smooth execution of all agreed processes in compliance with applicable guidelines and preparing operational reports and evaluations
Education:
- Completed commercial training or a comparable university degree
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
- Professional experience in recruiting or a similar field is desirable
- Fluent German languageskills and good English skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Excellent customer service orientation with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple teams.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Willingness to work remotely
- Ideally based in the Munich, Ulm, or Laupheim area
