We are recruiting for a Marketing Automation Specialist to support colleagues from across the Adecco Group!

We’re looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to take the lead in executing high-performing campaigns and optimising lead generation strategies. This is your opportunity to make a real impact by leveraging your expertise in Pardot and Marketing Cloud to support our growth and engagement goals.
This is a fully remote role. There will be a requirement for regular travel to different office locations around the country.
What you’ll be doing- Design & Execute Campaigns: Build and deploy sophisticated email campaigns and nurture streams using Pardot and Marketing Cloud.
- Optimise Lead Generation: Create dynamic landing pages, forms, and content that convert.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Manage segmentation, data hygiene, and performance analytics to drive smarter marketing decisions.
- Continuous Improvement: Use A/B testing and performance metrics to refine campaigns and boost engagement.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain best practices in data privacy and campaign quality (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in marketing automation, ideally in a B2B or recruitment setting.
- Proven expertise with Pardot and Marketing Cloud.
- Strong grasp of Salesforce CRM integration and campaign analytics.
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email and landing page customisation.
- Analytical mindset with a knack for turning data into actionable insights.
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.

Interview Process
Our interview process will be in two stages. Stage one will include a face-to-face interview, involving competency-based questions and a technical task. Stage two will be a virtual interview with senior stakeholders.
