The Candidate Experience and Innovation team has been given the mandate to define new, distinctive user experience based on AI innovation.

As an AI Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of designing and delivering AI-driven Agent experiences, working closely with AI Engineers and Software Engineers to bring cutting-edge AI Agent technology into production.

These experiences will be initially focused on our Candidate audience and are aiming to reimagine user experience of a candidate in their interaction with the Group and recruiters during their hiring process. A candidate experience will include the user interface where the candidate is interacting with the Agent, AI backend components, as well as a data infrastructure and data model to deliver personalized experiences compliant with our responsible AI policies. The technical stack and in particular AI components will be either internal assets or capabilities provided by strategic partners. Your role will focus on translating business needs into AI-powered products, ensuring a seamless user experience while maintaining ethical AI, compliance, and scalability across 40+ markets.

Over time, the AI experiences could be extended to other audiences such as associates, recruiters, customers, or other internal users.

What you’ll be doing
  • Contributing to the definition of the roadmap for AI-driven Agentic experiences.
  • Defining and presenting data-driven business cases for AI-powered products, balancing technical feasibility, user impact, and commercial value to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Prioritizing features by balancing user needs, AI capabilities, and business objectives.
  • Gathering insights from candidates, recruiters, and tech team to inform product development.
  • Defining AI interaction flows, optimizing for latency, personalization, and automation.
  • Establishing KPIs for AI products, measuring accuracy, efficiency, user satisfaction, and adoption.
  • Overseeing the full development lifecycle of AI Agent systems, including CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, guardrails, monitoring, and optimization to ensure reliability and performance.
  • Collaborating with AI Engineers, Software Engineers, UX Designers, and other technical teams to build high-quality products.
  • Partnering with Architects, Security, Legal, and Responsible AI stakeholders to ensure the security and compliance of AI solutions.
About you
  • Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, AI, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 3+ years of product management experience in AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, including generative AI.
  • Experience with AI-driven recruiting, HR Tech, or Talent Acquisition platforms is a strong plus.
  • Proven experience defining AI-powered user journeys and workflows.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, working closely with engineering, design, and business teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an agile, iterative environment.
  • Passion for innovation and continuous learning in AI and software development.  
  • Business fluency in English.
