We're seeking a vibrant and forward-thinking Local Data Domain Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of overseeing data infrastructure, security, governance, innovation, architecture, and documentation, shaping the future of our data landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-lead the optimization of our data infrastructure with our strategic partners at TAG, ensuring it's not just functional but robust, scalable, and high-performing.
  • Implement cutting-edge data security measures to safeguard our valuable assets, working closely with TAG's security experts to stay ahead of potential threats.
  • Execute a visionary data governance strategy, championing data quality, lineage, stewardship, and lifecycle management to ensure our data is not just reliable, but transformative.
  • Explore innovative technologies and solutions to elevate our data capabilities and foster a culture of innovation across the organization. Design and maintain a dynamic data architecture that aligns seamlessly with our business needs and IT strategy, driving efficiency and agility.
  • Document and disseminate data standards, best practices, and guidelines to empower our stakeholders and users to harness the full potential of our data resources. Collaborate closely with global data teams and local BI teams to ensure seamless integration, consistency, and alignment of data initiatives.
  • Provide inspiring leadership, guidance, and support to our talented data teams and business units, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information systems, data science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in data management, data engineering, data governance, or data analysis. Deep expertise in data technologies, tools, and platforms such as SQL, NoSQL, ETL, data warehouse, data lake, cloud, and big data. Proven proficiency in data security, data quality, data lineage, data catalog, and data lifecycle management.
  • Ability to design and implement scalable, reliable, and performance-oriented data solutions that drive business impact.
  • Experience in driving data innovation and fostering a data-driven culture, including data analytics, visualization, science, machine learning, and AI. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder management abilities.
