Lead, optimize, inspire: become our Head of Infrastructure & Operations!

The Adecco Group is looking for an experienced Head of Infrastructure & Operations for Belgium and Luxembourg to lead and optimize our IT infrastructure and operational services across the region. You will be the key bridge between local teams, end-users, and global IT functions, ensuring the delivery of top-tier IT services, operational excellence, and continual improvement.

What you’ll be doing:

This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring fluency in English, Dutch, and French, strong ITIL knowledge, and proven skills in organizational management, relationship building, and supplier management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent Global IT Infrastructure & Operations in all local IT leadership discussions.

  • Lead and manage local Field Support and Service Desk teams, ensuring alignment with global standards.

  • Ensure operational and functional requirements of Regional IT are met via Global IT Infrastructure & Operations service offerings.

  • Coordinate communication between regional IT teams and global service owners/managers regarding operational issues and service feedback.

  • Lead regular SLA reviews with regional IT leadership.

  • Drive IT cost transparency and encourage the adoption of standard IT services wherever possible.

  • Foster collaboration across the region while contributing to global DTS capabilities.

What we’re looking for:
  • Hands-on IT leadership with at least 8+ years of experience in multinational environments.

  • Fluency in English, Dutch, and French; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong knowledge of ITIL v3 or v4, with practical experience applying ITIL frameworks, certification required. 

  • Proven expertise in relationship management and supplier management, able to balance costs, efficiency, and service quality while fostering trust and collaboration.

  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and crisis management skills.

  • Strong ability to influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders.

  • University degree in a technical or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
