Your MissionYou lead a Practice within our Delivery organization, ensuring exceptional client engagement, high-quality delivery, and strong team development.
You act as a trusted partner for clients, a coach for your team, and a driver of business growth.
What You’ll Do
Lead & Grow Talent
- Recruit, onboard, and develop top talent
- Coach Team Leads, SMEs, and consultants to reach their full potential
- Drive performance, engagement, and career development
- Manage resourcing, utilization, and bench efficiently
Drive Client Excellence
- Build strong, long-term client relationships
- Ensure delivery excellence and high customer satisfaction
- Act as escalation point for complex delivery challenges
- Lead client workshops, define needs, and shape solutions
Own Delivery & Performance
- Oversee end-to-end technical service delivery
- Ensure quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement
- Manage scope, risks, KPIs, and service performance
- Contribute directly to client-facing, billable activities
Grow Your Practice
- Identify opportunities to expand your Practice scope
- Contribute to business growth and capability development
- Support presales, bids, and solution design
- Help build innovative solutions and offerings

- Collaborate across teams and business units

- Proven experience in team leadership within engineering or tech consultancy
- Strong background in service delivery, project management, and client engagement
- Experience in presales, bid management, and solution development
- Ability to manage complex stakeholders and strategic accounts
- Solid understanding of contract delivery, KPIs, and service performance
- A natural leader who inspires, challenges, and develops people
