What’s the Job About?
As an Engineering Recruiter, you’ll play a pivotal role in our Talent Acquisition team. You’ll source, engage, and hire top engineering and scientific professionals, shaping the innovation landscape of tomorrow. Your work ensures that the right talent meets the right opportunity – every time.
Full-Cycle Recruitment – Own the hiring process end-to-end, from sourcing to onboarding.
Talent Sourcing – Use creative strategies to attract and engage top-tier engineering talent.
Engagement & Relationship Building – Build meaningful connections with candidates and keep pipelines active.
Collaboration – Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver the perfect match.
Candidate Experience – Ensure a smooth, transparent, and engaging process for every applicant.
Trilingual communication – Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (spoken and written)
Experience – 1 to 3 years in recruitment, preferably in engineering or scientific fields.
Passion for Recruitment – You love finding and placing top talent.
Proactive Mindset – You take ownership, follow up consistently, and continuously seek improvement.
Team Spirit & Adaptability – You thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy collaborating.
On-Site Availability – Willingness to work from our Dilbeek office and engage directly with teams.
