260000A9Adecco - Vietnam is looking for Business Development Executive to expand our reach and further strengthen our market presence, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven people to join our Hanoi team.
Key Responsibilities
- The scope of duties and responsibilities includes but is not limited to:
- Develop actionable and measurable tactical plans to create market awareness and increase market share
- Connect with clients through calls/networking events and responsible for the end-to-end sales process
- Qualify clients on their needs and obtain information on their requirements
- Prepare Terms of Business, present and negotiate (if necessary)
- Ensure seamless transition and handover to Payroll & Staffing Operation team
- Cross-selling of other Adecco services
Work Experience
- 1+ year in services related environment
- 1-2 year in a similar capability

- Excellent People Management Skills
- Methodical
- Excellent Negotiation skills
- Excellent Time Management and Planning
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Business and Strategic Company Development
- Proven Track record in Services/ FMCG environment
