JOB OVERVIEW

The Recruitment Lead – Staffing is responsible for leading the recruitment team in delivering staffing solutions to clients. The role focuses on team performance, recruitment delivery, client/candidate management, and business growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Recruitment Consultants to achieve individual and team targets.

  • Set recruitment priorities, monitor team performance, and provide regular coaching and feedback.

  • Support team members in handling challenging recruitment cases and client requirements.

  • Foster a collaborative, performance-driven, and candidate-focused team environment.

2. Recruitment Delivery

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for staffing and mass recruitment projects.

  • Ensure timely and effective fulfilment of client requirements and staffing needs.
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs, including fulfilment rate, time-to-fill, candidate quality, and retention.

3. Client & Business Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and understand their workforce requirements.
  • Participate in client meetings, requirement briefings, and recruitment solution discussions.
  • Identify opportunities to expand staffing services and contribute to business growth.

4. Process & Operations

  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and team productivity.
  • Prepare and review recruitment reports and provide insights to management.
  • Work closely with other internal teams to ensure smooth staffing operations and service delivery.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within staffing, recruitment agencies, or high-volume recruitment.
  • Previous experience in team leadership or people management is preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Commercial mindset with a strong focus on targets and service delivery.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Location: HN Office: 7th Floor Prime Centre Building, 53 Quang Trung, Hai Ba Trung Ward, Hanoi, Vietnam.

Working time: Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 18:00.
