JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our HCM team. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, acquiring corporate clients, and promoting HR Services solutions that address clients' business and workforce needs. The role will play a key part in expanding our client network and driving sustainable business growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expand market presence.

  • Identify, approach, and acquire new corporate clients through networking, referrals, and business development activities.

  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and client qualification to proposal presentation, negotiation, and contract closure.

  • Understand clients' business needs and recommend suitable service solutions.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and expanding business within existing accounts.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 2 years of experience in Business Development/ Corporate Sales, Key Account Management/ or related commercial roles.

  • Proven track record in acquiring and managing B2B clients.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Excellent planning, time management, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Experience in HR services is highly preferred.

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.

  • Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
