260000C7Job Responsibilities
- Follow up with employees to collect required documents and ensure timely completion of personnel records.
- Coordinate employment contract and contract amendment signing processes.
- Guide employees on document submission and contract-related requirements.
- Maintain and organize employee records and HR documentation.
- Review and update employee information related to PIT, Social Insurance (SI/UI), and payroll records.
- Communicate regularly with employees and stakeholders to collect, verify, and record HR data.
Requirements
- Third-year or final year that can work fulltime in 6 months.
- Understanding of Labor Law and Social Insurance is a plus.
- Basic English level
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills, good communication and follow-up skills.
Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to meet strict deadlines.
