We are looking for a Recruitment Intern with a strong sourcing mindset and the ability to thrive in a high-volume hiring environment. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about pursuing a long-term career in Talent Acquisition and are eager to build a solid foundation in mass recruitment, particularly within retail and fast-paced industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source a high volume of candidates through multiple channels
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process for mass hiring roles
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for frequently hired positions
- Work closely with the team to ensure recruitment targets and timelines are met
- Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment reports
Support onboarding activities for new hires
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Senior/Fresh graduates who can commit to working full time (duration: 6 months)
- Pro-active and have basic English proficiency
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, disciplined and result-oriented
- High sense of service and business acumen
- Adhere to deadlines and prioritize your actions
Familiar with MS Office and social network
