Our Business Support team in Hong Kong is looking for a Business Support Executive/Assistant specializing in HR and administrative support. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with high-volume recruitment projects, and is passionate about delivering exceptional candidate and client experiences.

What you will be doing?

  • Draft and review employment contracts for new hires, extensions, and renewals, ensuring timely and accurate alignment with business needs.

  • Keep employee records updated in HR systems to maintain data integrity and compliance.

  • Support visa applications and renewals, track deadlines, and manage records to avoid lapses in work authorization.

  • Follow up on timesheets with employees and clients to ensure payroll accuracy.

  • Coordinate background checks for new hires in line with company policies.

  • Work closely with Pay & Bill teams and consultants to deliver smooth HR services.

  • Prepare reports for internal teams and clients as needed.

  • Handle inquiries from employees, clients, and stakeholders promptly and professionally.

Who we are looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • 1–2 years of experience in HR operations or business support roles.

  • Detail-oriented and service-focused, with strong organizational skills.

  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements.

  • Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office tools.

  • Knowledge of visa processing and employment law will be an advantage.
