What you will be doing?
- Overseeing payroll and invoicing functions for temporary staffing, outsourcing and permanent services
- Lead, monitor and manage a team of payroll & billing executives to deliver the day-to-day service to clients
- Ensuring operation excellence by reviewing and implementing effective processes between front office and back-office operations
- Ensuring accuracy, alignment with client agreements and compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
- Understanding clients business strategy and needs and to provide respective HR, payroll services to address the needs
- Proposing effective billing methodologies based on client billing processes
- Analysing, deliver and monitor relevant metrics for the team to ensure business is properly controlled in terms of reporting and risk management.
- Develop and provide tools, information and support to assess and improve team performance.
- Be a key subject matter expert in the payroll and billing process
- Participate in ad hoc assignments or other projects as needed
Who we are looking for?
- Degree holder in HR/ Accounting & Finance/ Business or related disciplines
- Good problem-solving skills and fast learner
- Good people management and leadership skills
- Experience in process improvement or project management.
- Experiences in share serviced operation would be highly preferred.
- Well versed payroll and invoicing knowledge
- Resilience, ability to work under pressure within tight timelines
- Ability to build relationship with stakeholders
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good command in written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skillset
