What you will be doing?

• Build and sustain good relationships with new and existing clients in the IT sectors
• Provide professional recruitment consultancy services and advice to support client’s hiring needs
• Lead and manage a team of recruiters to ensure that they are meeting performance goals and delivering high-quality work
• Supervise and coach team members for business development and running the entire recruitment cycle independently

Who we are looking for?

• Out of the box thinker who is outgoing and willing to communicate and interact with clients 
• 5+ years working experience in recruitment or corporate Sales
• Experience in team management or leadership roles will be an absolute advantage
• Customer-oriented and sales-driven with solid sales track record in relevant sectors 
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop team members
• Sales and solution-oriented with strong interpersonal, consultative and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluent in English and Cantonese, proficient Mandarin is also preferred
