What you will be doing?

·Execute end-to-end payroll operations, including monthly payroll, final payments, MPF administration, tax filing, and other C&B matters

·Handle payroll- and tax-related enquiries and provide HR support to employees across all levels

·Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in close coordination with internal stakeholders

·Manage payroll-related billing activities, including data verification, invoice preparation, and issuance

·Ensure accuracy of payroll data for billing, covering headcount, salary components, allowances, deductions, and service fees

·Liaise with Finance teams to reconcile payroll costs, billing records, and payments

·Maintain billing schedules and ensure timely billing cycles in accordance with agreed terms

Who we are looking for?

·Fresh Graduates are welcomed

·Degree holder or equivalent with experience in payroll administration, preferably from dynamic and fast-paced environment

·Well-versed in both HK and Macau employment ordinance and tax regulations

·Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing)

·Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

·Detail-minded, mature and good team player
