Your daily routine at Adecco
- Supervise onsite operations at designated t location & monitor project progress.
- Coordinate with various parties and stakeholders to ensure proper rollout of various initiatives.
- Support project manager in the smooth delivery of daily operation
- Recruitment and shortlisting of qualified candidates (if needed)
- Coordinate and plan roster and conduct orientation/debriefing to new and existing staff members.
- Assist in the team’s other related duties.
- Assist in Adecco’s retentional initiatives including but not limited to organizing employee engagement activities, payroll and leave management, career development coaching and planning, training initiatives, rewards and recognition programs.
Who we are looking for?
- Preferably 2 years experiences in project management or other operational experience, candidate with less experiences will also be considered
- Able to work independently and under tight deadline with high attention to detail
- Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Willing to work at both office and other location in Hong Kong when needed
- Candidate with more experiences will be considered for the position of Senior Project Executive
