This position is to fill a dual role within our organization. The primary focus of this position is Engagement, which involves activating and onboarding career transition programs for candidates from diverse companies. Given the nature of this position, flexibility is expected, and the responsibilities outlined in this job description should not be considered exhaustive or limiting.

Key Responsibilities :
Engagement
·Description and presentation of our services among candidates
·Contact and outreach candidates based on outreach protocol Phone calls Email ,LinkedIn and Other channels.
·Support and conduct Care/Info session, if necessary, on site or digitally
·Acting as a liaison between LHH, candidate, and consultant
·Follow all Business policies and processes, best practice guidelines always
·Deal with different stake holders to ensure smooth run of operations
·Meet KPI’S and Engagement targets
·Support team and management to achieve business objectives and or deliverables including presentations, travel and material if applied
·Collaborate with engagement leadership and key stakeholders to develop engagement strategies for individual projects and accounts
·Monitor engagement trends, propose and implement solutions to maximize revenue
·Assist in training new engagement specialists
·Positively contribute towards creating a positive, solution orientated, results driven and high-performance culture
·Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Marketing to continuously improve candidate engagement
·Support management to implement future vision for engagement
·Provide accurate forecasts to management
·Stay up to date on industry knowledge, complete necessary training and proactively develop skills required for the role
·Support/Cover any Engagement colleagues when absent or in Holiday in India and other countries
Shopper calls
·Use an implementation of different tools/ methodologies mentioned by management (Orbit, NGEN, Call system, call script, outreach protocols, status protocol and system initiatives)
Qualifications and Skills
•Ideally Professional experience in HR, service, or consulting environment
•Expertise in a professional sales environment is advantageous
•Strong Service and Quality Orientation
•Experience with outbound and call calling
•Excellent communication and motivational skills
•Reliability and professionalism in appearance and speech
•Persuasiveness and ability to lead active conversations
•Independent and goal-oriented work style
•Empathy to assess the counterpart and develop suitable conversation structures
•Very good PC and internet user skills
•Very good English language skills, both written and spoken and local languages is a plus
