Sales Directors provide senior level strategic selling to ensure sales success across enterprise accounts in their respective geography. The primary focus is identifying and hunting target clientsthenretaining, expanding, and converting clients to RPO.
What you’ll be doing- Deliver against allocated sales targets and build and expand strategic relationships with clients to sell across our portfolio of new and existing clients
- Develop and maintain a full understanding of relevant external issues in your territory to identify opportunities in the RPO market and develop strategies to achieve results
- Collaborate with sales account teams, SDR functions and global stakeholders to share and implement strategy and provide feedback across sales, delivery, innovation, and product teams
- Follow sales guidelines and achieves KPIs, while maintaining an accurate pipeline in SFDC to enable reporting and forecasting
- Collaborate across the LHH sales team in your region, providing insights and strategies of the RPO business for the overall enhancement of sales and delivery for our clients
- Effectively lead strategic negotiations/deals with multiple stakeholders and enterprise sales cycles
- Collaborate with our solution design and delivery teams at RPO to ensure fit for purpose implementation plans delivered for newly acquired clients.
- Consistently RPO provide market feedback to the Innovation & Product team
- Role model and drive a culture of one team across the whole of your geography and commit to sales initiatives as they are developed by the company
- Demonstrate a commitment to diversity and inclusion, internally and with our clients
- Proven track record in sales of multi-million £/$ RPO contracts, pricing & implementation; using sophistication in customer strategy and negotiations.
- Proven track record of new client acquisition in RPO sales
- Ability to lead end to end complex and strategic RPO sales
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams creating innovative and forward-thinking behaviors
- Passion for the RPO business and group mission of making a difference
- Evidence of strong and deep relationships with clients, customers and colleagues
- Strong business acumen with the ability to articulate solutions and resolve issues to align with goals
- Demonstrated influencing and negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency with Client Relationship Management systems, especially Salesforce
- Extensive knowledge of the business unit solutions portfolio or appetite to build this knowledge quickly through onboarding
- Strong financial acumen
