The Regional Manager of Strategic Initiativesprovides general and confidential support for the Regional SVP
related to the planning, direction and execution of regional strategic initiatives, projects, and overall
business unit objectives. This role acts as a critical link between strategy development and execution,
ensuring that the region stays on track and achieves its strategic objectives.Accountable for multiple
projects with varying levels of complexity and deliverables. Uses judgment in decisions regarding planning,
organizing, and scheduling region-specific items. Supports $500M budget.
- Collaborates with Regional leadership team to create and execute a formal project plan and road map to be used to execute goals and initiatives
- Works closely Regional leadership to conduct business analysis, evaluate priorities, create plans,
and execute program activities while balancing business requirements and overall program objectives.
- Works to identify and address potential and real project risks and researches and develops creative solutions and business options.
- Reviews and summarizes miscellaneous reports and documents; prepares
correspondence, presentations and region-specific deliverables including, but not
limited to, MBR’s, QBR’s and other key communications.
- Collaborates with team to deliver and design solutions to achieve strategic objectives.
- Manages multiple projects, ensuring successful implementation, timely delivery, and quality product offerings.
- Provides troubleshooting and resolution to field-based problems or refers them to the
appropriate department.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Consolidates information related to field-based client information and ensures
alignment and communication within the region.
- Supports branch expansion to accelerate revenue generation through oversight of
implementation activities including market blue print creation, effective public relations and inside sales campaigns, and execution of project timelines
- Support the growth of our Small/Medium business segments through coordination of regional
sales workshops, ongoing trainings, and LMS utilization.
- Tracks and identifies trends for improvement and action needed within key KPI metrics including Compass Consult/Prospect adoption, google reviews, rNPS, tNPS, sales activity, and fill rate.
- Partner with Finance Business Partner and Area Leaders to diagnose key drivers of
unprofitability within branches and monitor progress towards initiatives to reverse profitability
- Prepares talking points for strategic, high-profile initiatives and guides the leadership
team to solve for client, colleague, and corporate needs/challenges.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned including managing and planning of company events and other internal initiatives.
- Monitors Growth Model alignment within the branches and onsites, flagging those that are outside of the model and engaging the appropriate teams to resolve
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 3+ years of project management or related work experience required.
Prior experience owning a P&L preferred.

-Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
-Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
-Must have the ability to learn new software packages with ease.
-Able to communicate effectively and clearly in writing and orally.
