Adecco is seeking a Permanent Placement Delivery Manager to facilitate the integration of sales and delivery team for our clients. This role involves developing and implementing strategies related to candidate and employee management, ensuring efficient service delivery, and overseeing operational performance. The manager will provide leadership in sales and team development, focusing on specialization. Responsibilities include directing operational management across business areas, managing recruitment orders, and achieving business goals. The role requires collaboration with Key Account Managers, Business Development Managers and Branch Managers across the country to achieve sales synergy and maintain competitive advantage in the market.

What you will Do?

  • Lead specific projects and initiatives within permanent placement and delivery.

  • Be responsible for giving direction and operational management for permanent placement, including responsibility for realization of recruitment orders and development and results of the subordinate team.
  • Manage the activity, productivity, and performance of the recruitment team.
  • Implement and develop strategies related to permanent placement and candidate management.
  • Have full responsibility for P&L and business goals realization in permanent placement.

  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers, Business Development Managers and Branch Managers across the country to achieve sales synergy and maintain competitive advantage in the market.
  • Identify opportunities for local and national business and contribute to plans to ensure the opportunities are executed effectively to maximize opportunity.
  • Identify trends and developments in services, prices and delivery models.
  • Identify ways of cross selling and increase customer’s awareness of Adecco’s full product offering.
  • Identify, develop and implement operational practices that make The Adecco Group competitive on the market in terms of its ability to grow, attract and retain talent.
  • Manage orders for strategic Clients/projects to achieve the target of the performance ratio by developing communication and coordination between branches.
  • Be Subject Matter Expert for all Candidates and colleagues, assisting and supporting the Sales Department when needed on key strategic projects/operations to ensure that our service delivery exceeds expectations.

Your Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing HR Sales and/or Recruitment Operations Teams.
  • Proven success in service delivery, business retention, and client satisfaction.
  • Experience in managing diverse teams and achieving significant results.
  • P&L management and responsibility in HR services.
  • Fluent command of English with excellent communication skills.
