Mission
You will perform client service activities by addressing customer needs and inquiries effectively. Additionally, support associate care tasks to maintain a collaborative and productive work environment. Ensure the branch operates efficiently and accurately through attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
•Develop account plans, client mapping and farm for new business opportunities.
•Acts as a liaison between external customers and internal departments.
•Interact with clients through email, telephone, and in-person meetings, as well as interact with other employees to resolve customer concerns.
•Respond promptly to client inquiries in a courteous and professional manner, and conducts coaching, briefing for associates as requested by client.
•Prioritize client cases and escalate issues as needed to other departments, as well as work with support teams to increase customer satisfaction and brand recognition.
•Develop and maintain existing client relationships.
•Escalate timely significant issues to Management.
•Support with complying with the Adecco internal control framework.
•Any other task assigned by the Company time to time.
Education
Diploma or Degree in Business, or relevant
Requirements
Qualification & Experience
•Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
•Clear and effective communication style, with ability to communicate in English.
•Presentable and dress professionally
Relationship & Authority
•Trusted advisor to Branches, Associates and Customers.
•Work very closely with other team members.
•Build excellent relations with Senior Management.
