Join The Adecco Group as a Request Manager (Global Role) on a 6-months contract, based in Kuala Lumpur – a unique opportunity to drive impactful global initiatives from Malaysia.
Mission
Providing the means to execute all Service Requests in an efficient and effective manner to meet the customer’s needs. Maintain and enhance the Service Request Catalogue.
Main tasks & Responsibilities
• Maintain Request Catalogues, Forms & Workflows as per Service definitions and Adecco global policies
• Develop automations across Request Management workflows to produce faster fulfilment times & improved self-service experience
• Collaborate with Service Desks and Application teams for Request Management Process activities
• Collaborate with Service Now internal team and with Accenture AMS team to deliver all needed Service Now configurations for Service Requests
• Provide Reports and Management Communication to ensure the correct and timely fulfillment of Service Requests
Work Experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Service Now configuration, specifically in Request Catalogue and Service Catalog administration.
• Language Proficiency - English Expert
• French language is a plus
